Heidi renpenning biography

Channel 26-KINT reporter and fan favorite Heidi Renpenning is leaving the station's airwaves, but not the station itself.

Renpenning marked her last day on air Sunday night.

She joined KINT's news team part-time in 2005 while completing her studies at UTEP, and was hired full-time as a reporter in 2007.

Renpenning will move to KINT's ad sales department as a sales rep, which will allow her more time to spend with her young daughter, Valentina.

The city's three other stations recently welcomed new additions to their news broadcasts including:
